Dan Ergle will lead the estimating team in all CSI divisions and will personally guide all pricing and reporting during the various estimate levels.
Dan Ergle’s construction experience includes Engineering, Surveying, Project Management, and Estimating. Projects have included churches, schools, gymnasiums, health care facilities, college facilities, commercial structures of all types, municipal facilities, and industrial projects. Work has been performed for public and private owners. Project costs have ranged from several hundred thousand to one hundred fifty million.
This wide range of experience enables Dan Ergle to successfully lead a team in the preparation of cost estimates in a detailed and professional manner, providing the Owner or Architect with a knowledge of the total scope of work. Attention to detail and cost issues produces a significant savings to the Owner during contract or change order negotiations.

Tristan Boswell, Mechanical/Electrical Estimator
Tristan Boswell will be responsible for CSI Division 15 and 16 (Mechanical and Electrical) estimates for each of the design phases.
Tristan Boswell has successfully completed Mechanical and Electrical division estimates for nineteen years for clients such as Heery International, Batson Cook, Hanscomb and Associates, Boyken International, and ADE Construction Consultants, Inc. The numerous projects estimated include facilities of all types and sizes. Some of the most notable projects are the Bio-Science Laboratory at the University of Georgia, Albany State University - HYPER Facility, Business Administration Building at Georgia State University, Olympic Village Dormitories (Georgia State University), Central Energy Plant Upgrades at Valdosta State University, and Sanford Stadium Sky Box Renovations at University of Georgia.
